The Dutch and Bulgarian participants in the MATRA project ‘Sustainable Housing Management in Bulgaria. Improving the Capacity of Homeowners Associations of Multi-family Apartment Buildings’ presented the results of their work during the conclusive dissemination seminar that was organized on 23 June 2006 in Varna. Mr. Kiril Yordanov, Mayor of Varna, opened the seminar. The main goal of the seminar was to disseminate the experience of already implemented good practices as well as to discuss the opportunities to enlarge the territorial scope of activities related to the energy efficient renovation of condominium apartment buildings and their further sustainable management. The mission, goals and perspectives of the newly established Union of Homeowners Associations in Bulgaria (CAC) was presented on the seminar.
