Part 2 Legal Framework for Homeowners Associations in Bulgaria
The high public importance of homeowners associations in Bulgaria determines the need of contemporary, adequate to current conditions and properly working legal basis that is the decisive prerequisite for their establishment, development and functioning. The legal framework regulates organizational and financial aspects of renovation, maintenance and management of condominium housing stock in Bulgaria. In the same time, the specific housing legislation determines the mechanisms and sources of existing and forthcoming subsidies for homeowners associations.
