Next stage is to define the financial capacities of homeowners association as well as to specify the quality standards to be achieved and kept over the time. The planning of annual expenditures of homeowners association for the maintenance and management of the property is the basis for the elaboration and management of the maintenance plan. This plan has to take into account all necessary activities for the maintenance of the property, their planning over the time as well as their financial provision.
