Part 3   Elaboration of Property Management Plan

 

The management is defined as a process through which individual and personal efforts are coordinated in order to achieve preliminary set goals. As organization the homeowners association needs to determine and comprehend its goals and to have a plan aimed to direct all efforts to achieve these goals and to accomplish its mission. Major preliminary stage is the collection of reliable, technically competent and comprehensive initial information about the condition of the property. Next stage is to define the financial capacities of homeowners association as well as to specify the quality standards to be achieved and kept over the time. The planning of annual expenditures of homeowners association for the maintenance and management of the property is the basis for the elaboration and management of the maintenance plan. This plan has to take into account all necessary activities for the maintenance of the property, their planning over the time as well as their financial provision.
