Cooperation with Social Housing Foundation from Armenia

The Social Housing Foundation (SHF) is an Armenian non-profit organization aiming to provide affordable and well-managed housing for low to middle income groups in Armenia. The main approach to achieve this goal is by means of establishing financially sustainable social housing organization in Armenia that develop and manage affordable housing for low to middle income groups.

Since 2010, the Union of Homeowners Associations in Bulgaria (CAC) is in close cooperation with the Armenian Social Housing Foundation in order to combine efforts in the field of affordable housing provision and maintenance. Lastly, the issues related to the social housing provision and management has united the professional expertise and multi-lateral cooperation between the Homeowners’ Associations League – Habitat of Romania, the Armenian Social Housing Foundation, the Bulgarian Housing Association and the Union of Homeowners Associations in Bulgaria with the support of Woonbron Housing Corporation from the Netherlands.
