Recommendations to the Draft Condominium Law
The review of the Draft Condominium Law is prepared upon request from the Ministry for Regional Development and Public Works of Republic of Bulgaria with the support of Housing+ Foundation and in collaboration with the Bulgarian Housing Association. The review comprehends the aspects that are related to the rights and obligations in establishing homeowners associations, the decision taking in homeowners associations, the maintenance of common parts in condominium buildings, etc. The review is based on the analysis of experts in the field of housing policy from the Netherlands, Romania, Hungary and Greece.
